Check the Hastings thread in the Star Wars section and the Cobra Trooper thread in the Joe section.
I've ordered from hastings three times and had no issues, but some have reported getting their figures shipped in a brown plastic bag and the display boxes were damaged. Other extreme cases are items that have already been opened and missing pieces. The piece you receive may also have been displayed in a store and re-packaged.
It is a fairly new item so hopefully that means it had less time to sit around and for parts to end up missing or get damaged. Also helps when the person boxing it up knows how much we value these items.
One other point is that I found out that they had it about a week ago, and at the time it said that they were a pre-order due to ship by April 30. Only a couple days ago did it switch to a "ships within 48 hrs" status. Pretty sure that we aren't go to have any problems.
We may be reading the same things because I know I've come across this before too.Check the Hastings thread in the Star Wars section and the Cobra Trooper thread in the Joe section.

The easiest way is to first remove the rubber panties.
This will give you more flexibility at the hips.
The rest should be easy enough but I've never tried myself.
It's the rubber piece around his waist.
It is the same red color like his legs but you can feel that it is a flexible rubber material.
Removing this will allow you to flex the hips higher for the ground stomp pose.
A disclaimer: If anything breaks, don't blame me.Thanks for the heads up. I'll try it in the morning

Don't worry, your too far away to hunt down
I think I may have seen a pic of it where someone tried, but it doesn't look as good as if you used a Mk.IV.
Can you do this pose with a Mark III?
