We got ours today in the UK , £250 shipped but no import tax, thankfully!I don't usually pay huge attention to the figures he buys but must say I was at the opening of this and was pleasantly surprised , it really is good except maybe the beaky muzzle but with some combing he looks really quite cool , the fur is very well done on the body and arms, but maybe he's a tad short? We have Han on order so we'll see when he arrives, having had the privilege of having met Peter Mayhew in person , and having his photo with our local 501st units resident wookie , we can do some maths and see if he's tall enough....I was aloud to play with chewie a bit and really like him except maybe his duck billed muzzle . I think we'll trawl ebay for a parted out spare head and maybe try to alter that, excuse the silly pictures of me "rahhhh" ing' in the background. I know the H was really quite chuffed with this figure. A lot better in hand that I'd expected from reading this thread.....

Less then 60 sec on low heat with a blow dryer should give it plenty of volume and warm up the glue a tad to give it a tug at the chin

Yes, and dont forget to futze your figure and then futze it some more, and after an hour of futzing , futze it even more , chewbacca requires some futzing to make him look good, but it can be accomplished by futzing it

Must be something only found in the deep web of action figures

Ok, I went ahead and pre-ordered the set because I didn't want to miss out on it if it really is as good in hand as alot of people are saying now....And if not, I'll just return it...But Im hoping to be really surprised because Ive been waiting for this set since it was announced...

As far as futzing the hair, as well as the facial/chin hair....What about one of those combs with the metal bristles really close together...Can get them for cats I think to get tangles out of their fur....Im just wondering if that would work any better....

Oh, and great work to the people that have already futzed theirs...Another reason I went ahead and pre-ordered....

On a serious note though, i can live with the snout. Kind of strange feeling seeing the Hot Toys Star Wars stuff as i never thought i'd see the day.

When they announce the 1/6 Death Star complete with 1/6 Endor base though..................................
