Yup. In fact, and I may be in the minority here, but I prefer the regular blank stands that come with the TT's.I wish all figures just came with the simple oval stands. They're a lot neater than all the DX and fancy versions.
Thanks for the post. Looks like that one is getting a lot of attention.
Are there any pics showing what the light saber will look like when lit up? I think all the photos I've seen show it photoshopped to look like it does in the movie. It would be nice to see what this will look like in hand.
When I look at those two images I might as well be comparing Tom Cruise's face to Ben Stiller's.
Yea if it's rolly polly like hasbro and has no electronics then it's not worth it.I'll just buy a light sabor from pixle and call it a dayI'm guessing they'd have specified the interrogator droid having light and sounds if it did. Although the prototype model is still awaiting approval so who knows. I doubt it though. I'm just hoping they'll include a stand for it.
The one on the left may be the "real" helmet but the one on the right looks better. The real one looks like it was made by a 6th grader... its all messed up.
I'm in the camp of thinking the HT Vader is way off, so I started out to do a comparison. Using this ANH helmet promo shot and comparing to a HT shot it shows that the dome and mask really aren't that far off. The nose and eyes should be wider, but otherwise it's pretty close.

Of course the chestbox is still too small and he's still too tall, but the mask isn't necessarily what needs fixing the most.

What are you talking about Pixel?...the helmets look like twins....only their mother...errr....Lucas can tell them apart.
Dave, an Optometrist visit is advisable. They couldn't be more different, no matter which one you like.
