For me this is THE figure of the year! Yes the sound feature could have been done better but it's still workable to turn the wee switch on/off through the suit. And i still don't like how the hands/gloves were done. But everything else is superb! The scale of everything is excellent! No, that's right. Its a custom modification I've been doing for close friends. After the mod, you'll have all of Vader's complete dialogue through the entire OT. For anyone else who wants this mod, all you have to do is mail your figure to my secret PO Box. I'll mod it for you for free and then mail it right back to you...as far as you know.

To my eyes i think HT got the height about right..

So when it is said they got his height "about right" do we mean that he is approximating someone who is 6'5" to 6'8"? (Somewhere between David Prowse's height and what is often listed as Vader's). I'm guessing the primary thing is that he's tall, but not as tall as Chewbacca?

By the way, I like the gloves on your custom. What are they from, do you think it's a good solution for the HT figure?

Vader's height will be debated til the ends of time. For me in 1/6 scale he's roughly about 1/2 a head taller than a 12inch figure. I made the gloves from pieces of leather and pieces cut from the SS deluxe vader suit sewed together and then attached to bendy gloved hands. I hope to make something similar for the HT fig as soon as i can lift my jaw up off the floor...yes i'm still looking in awe at how great this vader turned out

Where his chest box is there's two tiny rivets on the top (look at pictures) of a new hope Vader
