Yeah the bulkier body of your custom is the only thing I think the HT figure still really needs to be perfect.

Do you think this will sell out soon

I want to order from SSC but I don't want to pay the stupid NRD, so I was thinking to wait until it starts shipping

It looks like most of the SW preorders are still up except for Chewy

To echo the others, just buy it. If you definitely want the figure, you aren't losing anything. It even makes the charge when it does ship slightly less as you have paid $30 already.
You also have the security of knowing you have one in case it does sell out fast (not hugely likely these days it seems, but still).

Yes mine had the same issues as Clippers so I've taken the batteries out now.
