Thanks to this thread I did the final mod on Vader so the arms can go down.

I did the arm mod what a difference. makes his arms more at his side. I also was surprised that they put foam in the rubber chest part to make the arms look bulky and pumped looking

As for Helmet, yeah, wiggle it free...took some effort, but go slow and steady....
