The only mod I think that's absolutely needed is just simply moving up the belt and cod piece.... That alone makes a huge difference and much more accurate portrayal of ANH Vader. I'm happy with just that. Most other mods are such fine details. Some of these modded figures are simply amazing and look incredible like actual screen caps & photos, but I don't think I have the skills or cajones to do what these guys do. Cutting, sanding, painting.... blows my mind of the skills and patience on here. I lose my mind and patience sometimes just simply futzing around for a pose... I do love looking at the awesome jaw dropping pictures though...
Did the eye thing. I put chrome sticker paper behind the lenses and an upward angle. When it captures the light, it's a really rich amber!

The 2nd round of mods I did are here (post #56) https://www.sideshowcollectors.com/forums/star-wars-custom-figures-and-dioramas/130570-mchaleyarts-custom-star-wars-thread-6.htmlWhat other mods did you do McHaley?
Looks fantastic!
Cool. May I repost this picture and the mod list on another forum?I love to put the before and afters together to show what’s possible with a figure if it has good bones. The left was unfutzed, straight out of the box. The light isn’t the same because I hadn’t started my Death Star dio when I got Vader. Both have excellent lighting though. The ‘good bones’ comment is not entirely true upon second reflection, because the figure did need extensive surgery, but you get the point. Enjoy
