Had this thing pre ordered since early December. After going through 40 pages of this thread with all the mods done to this figure, I think I'm going to cancel my preorder. LOL This is scaring me.

This is an adult toy for an adult collector.... if you are not an adult collector then you shouldn't be collecting adult toys.

Don't let that discourage you. While many of these mods do improve the look of the figure, a lot of them in my opinion aren't really necessary. It's still a great looking figure straight out of the box and you can acheive some great poses and looks with him.

Here's mine for instance straight out the box. No mods whatsoever.

Don't worry about it. When you own these figures, you'll have OCD in some capacity. Either you have OCD because you're obsessed with modding it because every minute detail on your $200+ collectible has to look absolutely "perfect" to you (things that you probably wouldn't even notice on yourself in the mirror), or you have OCD because you don't want to mod it at all out of paranoia that you're going to mess up your $200+ collectible.

LOL I hear ya brother. I recently did a mod on my Kylo Ren figure and I tell you, it was tough to do the water treatment on a $200 figure. Don't think I want to do that again.

Are you bored, do you really want to start with me? Read your post above, you said I must have been bullied to say something so horrendous, therefore you were saying I was trying to bully. Is that an intellectual stretch in implication? Hence my response.

You have a bad attitude. If you reread my original post -- now that you know it was a joke -- maybe you'd make amends and just say 'oh sorry' I took it the wrong way, instead of this really overly aggressive attack over... nothing. Jerk.

I appreciate your comment on my Vader and I sincerely hope that you don't get discouraged from purchasing the figure from seeing all the mods that people are doing to it, but I am going to say that you're out of line here.

I'm not sure how familiar you are with the community and some of the posters on here, but knowing Wor-Gar's posting tendencies from having seen other posts of his, I feel I can safely say that there was no malice intended behind his remark and that he was only jesting. Even if I didn't know what his posting tendencies were like, I wouldn't have any reason to believe that an otherwise innocuous comment was only meant in jest.

Resorting to attempted petulant insults isn't a very good way to get people to listen to you, nor is it a very good way to get people to like you. Doesn't matter if it's merely on a message board or in everyday face to face interaction with people.
