Has anyone been successful in intergrating the electronic light saber arm socket from new hope with the RO gloves? or tried it for the left handed Empire version?

Matrix, perfect timing -- you have a new Vader to try now.
New vader?...oh you mean the old vader or ANH/R1 bash that's just been re-released...na i'm waiting for the ROTJ vader/emperor twopack:)
looks great Matrix did you switch out parts between the ANH version and RO like the RO body
:duff..Only the chest armor and cape are from the R1 version as both are more accurate to ANH. Gloves are custom and the body is still ANH which works fine for me..i stiil like listening to JEJ's dulcet tones..

I used the kayido chest plate that Hurricane made for me as for the helmet and mask that he also made for me as well. I did not like the HT ANH vader mask it just did not look right. I guess I have to find the RO cape then

Interesting about the chest armor, I'll have to hold on to mine. The ANH inner robe fits well over it?

Next to Tarkin in the pics, the body on this Tarkin/Vader two-pack Vader does seem a bit shorter than either the HT ANH or HT RO Vaders.

Or Tarkin is taller. His boots look funky. Like his heel is high against the boot. It might be to prop him up a bit for pics.

Yeah could be - maybe Cushing was one of those over-6' guys back then.

Pleather boots are really something to avoid. People like them because they feel more high-end than sculpted plastic but my guess is that all of them - HT included - go septic in 5-10 years depending on climate.

They also rarely look right because of the need to curve the pleather fabric (the foot part is always too high/thick.) The HT Han TFA ones were the best pleather boots I've ever seen, but feel really delicate.

I've got quite a few pleather boots and that stresses me out, because I've seen what happens to even the best DID boots that go crumbly.:(:lol

Obviously I don't think anything lasts forever. I was hoping that I would be able to display the figures 24/7 and only have to replace batteries and light bulbs once or twice or thrice a year.

Thrice.

I think I read some where that peter Cushing was 6'. of course david was 6'6" with out the helmet

Why don't other US retailers have this yet? Sideshow pulling some tricks? Let us get Tarkin pre-orders for a full day before we open it up.
