Hot Toys wont replace stuff that has been purchased on ebay...you need to purchase the item from an authorized retailer like SSC for HT to do anything about damaged pieces.

Your only option is to ask the ebay seller if they can help you.

Or ask them to email you the receipt. That way you can tell HT that you bought it from toy hunter and brought it back to your country.

Any members here who bought from Sideshow willing to help other board members out? I broke two of my pegs already, but bought from BBTS, so I haven't had luck with replacement pegs either.
