They would have to sculpt ALL of destroyer rather than just a head and throwing some clothes on a body they already have. It would similar to the Iron Man figures although less intricate I'd imagine.

I;m not sure Iron Man is 'sculpted' in a traditional way. It's most likely a computer aided process using detailed wireframe schematics. But I may be wrong.

I mean look at Colossus for Marvel icons. The whole thing is kind of sculpted. And that was only $30. Maybe HT uses a different material, but if others can do body sculpts cheaply, why can't HT?

I dont know. I dont have enough knowledge about the whole process to know for sure. Just seems like it would be harder to make a whole body rather than a head and clothes to me.

Thor would come in around $190 with shipping :thud:

I love Toys2 and almost always order from them however, this guy isn't worth $190. One figure I won't be buying from them looks like Alter Ego......

In the UK that's a pretty good deal :monkey2

Ordered mine to, just came up on OSB, can't wait to get this. Now looking forward to Captain America, probably my most anticipated HT fig along side Superman (if it ever happens) of 2011

I'm digging the removable hair, I'll be putting it to good use and placing it on Blade's head when Thor has his helmet on.
