Hey brothers,
It's all good on my side. Like it was stated before, "It only matters if I like my Thor". And I do. A lot. Nothings going to change that.

So, just like I will not be able to talk anyone in liking my Thor, No one will be able to talk me out of not liking him.

I personally try to live by "Treat other as you would like to be treated, and pray for those who hate you". It works for me and keeps the frustration way down.

Just picked up HTs Thor this week. Man, pictures do not do this figure justice. I think its an amazing figure. I really thought looking at pics he wasn't that great, but when I saw him in person, I was really blown away with the detail and clothing.

I havent read through much of thread here, but just wanted to say IMO its one of my fav figures

Didn't it feel great feeling the weight of his hammer for the first time? Love this figure!

I saw one awesome real hair mod for Thor. Dunno where it is though. I remember he told me he just glued some Barbie hair on to the sculpted hair?

I'm sure Hot Toys wil be doing another Thor for the Avengers movie. I'd considered selling this one in anticipation of it, but despite it's issues it's still a nice enough piece and does configure well with Cap and Iron Man (which will also no doubt see redos). Plus who knows if the helmet will show up in the movie. I do think he should have been bulkier and should have just had a change-o head as opposed to the chang-o hair strip.

That does look better. I think the top of his head still looks a little flat from the side but the forward facing pic and with helmet on looks good. What arms did you use? Arnie?

This is just my version of Thor that I'm sharing with those willing to look. It's my opinion that I would like to see Thor be bigger for my animated project, so I'm making the changes I feel capture the vision I would like to see.

And FYI the hair does not changed color with warm water.
