If Loki isn't out unitl Q4 and his official specs are out already does that suggest that this guy will be released later than that? early 2013 perhaps?

Normally that's good thinking... But it's Iron Man. HT will shove him out the door before the end of December. Just imagine all the crying on their facebook page if they don't. All those children whining about no Iron Man for Christmas must be scary and bewildering to those Chinese businessmen hahaha.

Not one of the HT Iron Man armors was on time.... delays from 1Q to almost a year... Odds are Mk. VII will be out before IM3... Actually Chinese New Year 2013 is a auspicious date to release a RED Iron Man, HT did it for the first Mk. 3 and in the unlikely event that happens, it will be the shortest pre-order to release date for IM figure.

Yea, I don't think we'll get IM till at least the first quarter of 2013, it'll work for me though, I wanna spread out the almost $2000 we have to spend to get all the Avengers figures.

For me, the major problem with Iron Man (all versions) and War Machine is the head; I believe is too small!

Compare it with any other hot toys figures, like spiderman or captain america and you will see it too, now imagine a "human face" is inside...too small for my taste.

Hopefully this VII version will be better.

I feel the same way. Beside mark 1 which was perfect.

I can't wait for this one to PO so that we can order it...currently I am trying to find a Mark V MISB ...I am willing to trade my Keaton Batman that is MISB for one...not having much luck...any way saw the Avengers movie and just loved it...can't wait for the next Iron Man movie.

I don't think the heads are too small. The whole body is proportioned such that a human inside of it isn't realistic. The mark I was different because there was a TT/human proportioned body in the suit.

Overall, the proportions are off. If they made the heads like you guys are talking about, they would need to resize the whole thing. Not saying that's a bad idea but just addressing the head would cause more problems than it would fix.

I wonder if the chest piece will be removable like the one for the mark 6. I'm still unsure how a triangular arc reactor changed into a circular one. Is the triangular arc reactor just under a circular window?

Yeah, I'm assuming the "window" is just different. Tony didn't have time to switch out his reactor, that's for sure!
