I would love to see Hot Toys version of Rex, Fives and Echo phase II..gonna be epic display with Anakin!

I'd say he looks just fine with the SSC versions-they are a couple of the best figures that they produced...



I can't say I'm in a hurry for HT to produce them - not when they'll probably run close to $300. a pop. The SSC ones do just fine here....

Sent mine away for a Sith eyes repaint. Can't wait. This figure is just so good, so intense, I honestly feel the sith eyes will complete the look I want from this figure. He looks angry without the Sith eyes but to me he needs a little more of that Sith anger.

Just saw a video on YouTube by Keyboard Warriors, and they claim to have 2 sources that have leaked (and confirmed with one another) the HT Toy Fair summer exclusives. One was at first listed as AOTC Anakin. But now the info changed to ROTS Anakin variation. So, if this info is accurate, could be the "Sith Eye" Anakin a lot of people have been interested in. We should find out in a week or so. I ordered one of the exclusives last year from SSC on 6/29.

Interesting. I wonder if it would be a head sculpt or new figure. The current figure is so good, so perfect (depending on eye choice) it would really stink to have to buy the same figure just for a new head.

Another possibility maybe would be the sith eyes/battle damaged/limbs missing/burned Ani.

"IF" this info is accurate, it could very well be just a re-paint of the eyes. "Maybe' slightly battle-damaged clothes. I would highly doubt burned headsculpt and/or cut/missing limbs. That would be a whole new figure, that we'll probably get in a year or two. But with HT, they like to keep you guessing. Again, should find out in a week or two.

Decided to pull the trigger on this guy just now... I'm gonna be a bit aggravated if the SDCC Anakin is a "Vader/Sith eyes" version, I waited to order this one for so long because I hoped they would make a sith eyes version. ... I actually started to like the idea of AOTC Anakin.

Thank you , and yes it’s the hilt that came with him , blade is removable on that also thankfully

Wow....BBTS bumped the price up to $299. Don’t remember them ever doing that for a current release. If you can wait you can get from SSC for $235 plus shipping.

I have no problem waiting. Compared the the usual wait after ordering figures, this will be a short wait... I was just curious if anyone knew when sideshow was getting more.

Put Anakin on flex pay. Not in a huge rush for him but I do want him for my collection since I’m getting Obi-Wan, Dooku, and probably Yoda.
