If so, then it would be stupid NOT to buy the Bank Robber Joker now. That figure is only going to become more expensive.

But if you only want one Joker, and you don't care what it is, then it would be best to wait for the DX 2.0 Joker.

From what I am reading the DX 2.0 will be a rehash of the first DX with possibly a better sculpt and more accessories. I am thinking about getting a BR version myself if the price is right. If not I will just get the 2.0. Not gonna bother with the first DX.

Then once you find a Bank Robber figure with a price you're happy with, get it immediately.

The average price on that figure is only going to increase from here on out. It's never coming down and the DX 2.0 will have nothing to do with its availability or price.

2.0 will be the third purple coat Joker after v1. They also must be keeping a close watch on the secondary market prices for BRJ. Hopefully, if not too soon, we might see a 2nd 'better' BRJ in future.

I am not understanding Hot Toys Marketing do they or don't they have anything ready for the other movies. TDKR is just as huge as Avengers and all we have gotten is a Teaser of Bane I know we are asuming that the reason for delay is the actors likness but DC direct statues have been out for sometime so I don't get it.

I hope not too! Especially, when the figure you own actually gets 'redundant' because of the better release. Don't like that idea. No matter how much I portray to others that "I don't care", I would still do (and feel miserable about it ).

Just that the way things have been going on with HT (Iron Men/Terminators), it wouldn't be a big surprise or an impossibility. Before the Nolan franchise fades away from people's minds, they might want to milk their best sellers.

The Avengers is already out and has more major characters than TDKR. TDKR is two months away ... and has three.

By July, you won't be able to get away from all the Batman crap.

Nolan's franchise isn't going anywhere from people's minds anytime soon

It's 4 years since TDK and collectors are still salivating over another new joker

If TDKR is anywhere near as good as BB or TDK, they'll be plenty demand for stuff from the franchise for a few years yet

I don't think they will. I think the reason they did release one in the first place was to produce a better headsculpt without having a re-release of v1 so soon.

If this thing is done already, I'd really appreciate if HT stopped riding Marvel's ____ and showed it already.

Please Don't minimilize Marvel t's basically only AVENGERS being shown, still no X-Men or ASM.

Yeah, I don't get why they can't show other properties while showcasing the avengers, sure they did with MGS, but still, they have 10+ lines that we've seen nothing of, Prometheus is coming soon, still no signs of figs. They need a new marketing team.
