It's funny. We get one weird angle shot that's a fraction of a second while he's turning and it's all we're going to focus on

Actually it's not the angle it's the helmet which should be right up to his neck in the front vs pressing against the back of his head...

It's actually sad that they allow something like that get into trailer. It looks like a bad cosplay. And as you see it's quite a visible failure.

I feel like the way he walks in that shot in the trailers we've seen makes it look like his helmet is about to fall off. He doesn't look very imposing/towering. Maybe its the way he's shot.

This dude is Vader in RO. He's 6'7"

"I would recommend waiting to see what's in the actual movie vs. what's in a trailer."

Hmm... that's not so much an explanation as an excuse.

This newest international trailer to me is a step backward again - didn't like the first two official trailers, quite liked the last major trailer release a few weeks ago (for the first time got excited by RO.) This one is back to sanctiminous and leaden again.:slap

From the Ewok Chronicles to the Prequel Trilogy to The Farce Awakens to Rogue Wannabe...

Star Wars on film begins and ends with the OT. Everything else is fluff.

That's actually Jyn in Vader disguise, that's why he can't tell anything about it.

I'm not getting this Vader because it's from Rogue One, I'm getting it because it's closer to the ROTJ Vader that I'd been waiting for. All this time I've wanted a glossy helmet Vader, and the Sideshow versions were never good enough.

No telling how long until they actually make a ROTJ figure, so this will represent Vader in my collection until then.

:lol

There's a scene where she tries on Vader's helmet and "plays" in it.

There just seems to be so many young outsider women whose parents were taken away by the Empire when they were girls (flashback scenes...) who join up with the Rebels these days. And always seem to turn out to have "Significant" fathers.:lecture

Well most characters in movies like these (male and female) tend to have dark and tragic pasts of some kind. Just wouldn't be as interesting to follow someone who had a great childhood and is perfectly well adjusted with no issues whatsoever. :D

They call it "Chosen One Syndrome.":lol

ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY TV Spot - Strap In (2016) contains a lot of new footage. I like that droid (yeah, i'm ignorant and not remember his name) throwing stormtroopers around.

Where is the quality control on the trailer footage? And if you wanna go further, who the hell is filming this and not noticing the helmet sticking out like that? That's just unacceptable from Lucasfilm.
