I don't see why not. Its his most important accessory. The only excuse they have is if its not in the film, but since it is, there is no excuse.

No sign of a cane in any of the trailers, so no. If it shows up in the film (unlikely) then sure.

Well I'm definitely gonna get Ledger's Joker,and at least one of the Bats,depends on the look...I have a thing for the Begins suit,but the TDK suit grows on you...Two-Face is a given too...can't wait to see the Eckhart sculpt...hope Yulli's doing them all.
