Hot toys Wolverine preview pic

Hmm, not bad. I'll wait until I see pics from different angles to make a complete assessment of the sculpt. It sort of looks like Jackman to me, but it's true that something is off. Hopefully it's just the photography.

Medicom's likeness is much better than this. and let's face it, if this were medicom's product, most of you would be trashing the figure left and right.

Yep, a repainted Medi Wolverine looked just like Jackman. Unless HT tweaks this, and they probably will, it'll be a great figure but a poor likeness.

nope, just calling it like i see it. the medi jokes are so predictable, i could probably tell you what you'd say before you said it. IMO, that's a sign it's time to maybe move on instead of trying to attempt to be witty, in which you just failed.

It was predictable and funny in terms of getting a rise with folks in this forum. I knew someone would respond on behalf on Medicom. Folks get so wound up over a toy company which is goofy IMO. Seriously, who cares? The discussion is about a preview pic of Hot Toys Wolverine.

I'm sure Hot Toys will fix this, but It's a great Wolverine and I will still might get it even though it looks nothing like Jackman.
The first pictures of Dutch were way off too and look how good he turned out

I like the claws on the toy better than the movie still otherwise, it is still a difficult call. Hard to see the Jackman sculpt.

I enjoy your optomistic viewpoint. Wolverine is one of my favorite characters. I am hoping the finished product is a more accurate representation of the character.

Maybe with the long wait from announcemen to preview people's expectations were a lot higher?

Looks decent, probably not enough to get me to drop $140 on him though.

This my friend, is Wolverine.

I am ok without the pointy hair. I get it that it is iconic Wolverine but I am good without it. I cannot tell if it is because I want to see the Jackman sculpt or if the Jackman sculpt is there but it is a bad pic. I agree (HT preview) the sculpt is not 100% accurate but I see traces of Jackman. I will wait for other pics.

I think he looks good and knowing Hot Toys they will continue to tweak it 'til it looks prefect. It looks to me like the headsculpt also has the PERS system by the way the eyes are positioned.
