Popcultcha...

I'd probably prefer getting two Asmus Nazgul for the price of one from InArt lol, especially if it's not going to be a centerpiece in my collection.

If InArt had priced it around $220-250, it would have been much more appealing. I understand they're using 'premium' materials, but considering it's just a headless character draped in black robes, it feels like diminishing returns to me to go into that much detail imo.

The Nazgul was one of my most desired figures and the Asmus Toys version looked really bad, so I just had to go with this one, especially considering InArt's pedigree and attention to detail. I know it's expensive, but it's not that much worse than your average Hot Toys.

Congrats but as one of the folks who tried InArt and got the short end, I'd question that.

More like good luck tho hard to know how this could get messed up (and I'm very happy with my ASMUS Nazgul tho for me they are more background shelf characters).

Really on the fence with these two. Legolas and the Nazgul deluxe. At first i thought i would pre-order instantly. But now considering the price and my shelves are running out of space i have second thoughts. The Nazgul is one of my favorite characters from LOTR and already have Gandalf and Aragorn. Proceed or not proceed. The whole line would look awesome together. But at this rate its going to be in the thousands. Also the QC issues are terrifying. Never had them but alot of folks did. Proberly going to pre-order these with a deposit. And take the time to think about it if i'll keep them or sell on.

The average Joe out there, who views these figures, would likely guess $150 to be nice... and think if it was any more, you'd have to be insane to buy one, let alone many.

…the husband snickered and said: "you're one of those guys"...
I get that that is the prevailing sentiment from most non-collectors in the “real” world, but jeez, that’s just an incredibly rude thing to say to someone who has hosted you in his home.

Wor-Gar left out the very crucial detail that he had removed his pants moments beforehand.
