Just out of curiosity, is it as difficult to Pre-Order the attendee edition as it is the non-attendee?

What checkbox are you talking about? I just ordered the busts this morning and I didn't have to tick any checkbox. I'm genuinely curious btw. :)

No i mean for the Exclusive figure when it goes up for order on Sideshow june 16 and 17 for attendee/non attendee.

When the page opens it will show the name of the product with a tiny white box next to it. If you place the order without checking that box, it will say go back. But by then it will be sold out. You have to be like a Ninja when you place order, no mistakes. Only a few seconds

( really there should not be a submit button, unless you check a box, but thats how they trick you :gah: )

I was just using my order as an example, since it's an SDCC exclusive.

I just added an item to my cart to test - it loaded up the cart page and showed the item, I clicked "Proceed to Checkout," I then scrolled down to the bottom and there's a "Place Your Order" button.

Which page are you talking about with a tiny white box? Maybe this has changed? Are you talking about the attendee version?

Oh ok Im just talking about when the product first goes up sale for 'Priority Pre-order'
After that ( if its still available ) you can just order it like normal.

Everyone remember if you're ordering from Sideshow, you have to check the box for the item you want. :lecture

Thats what happened to me with Guardian Predator. ...

Are you sure you are not talking about a 'streamline' order there?
As far as I know, to order the SDCC exclusives, you just have to be logged in to your account, so you can add the item to your cart, and then hit the "place your order" button (correct me if I'm wrong).

It's true that last year, during the Guardian Predator sale, SSC decided last minute to sell the figure as a 'streamline' order, whereas this was not announced, and many collectors where taken by surprise by this.
So, be on your wits this year, you never know what happens. It's good to be prepared for everything. :wink1:

Most important, read this:

If I have missed anything, please go check on the SSC site. They explain everything.

On the day of ordering, there will be a small difference. The page will say 'special ordering opportunity' and you can only order after you have logged in to your account. So, it's best to log in some time before the order goes live. Then you should be able to use the 'add to cart' button.

I find it funny how many are disliking this but saying it'll sell out in 2 seconds yet all the other SDCC EX's released including the first one are still up for pre order :)

Yes, HT figures have a history :). The Silly Thing MIII & the Guardian Pred. really sold out in seconds. The T1000 in Sarah Conner disguise took a bit longer. Somehow it became clear that the figure wouldn't be as limited as it was supposed to be when announced.
There was a time when the SSC (SW) figures went really fast also... but that is a long time ago.
In general, everything takes longer to sell out these days.

I am ordering this just to have one if there isn't a NRD. It looks cool, but I don't really follow the IM line too much like the Predator line.

Also, please excuse me if there is a NRD. I didn't remember reading it anywhere.

There shouldn't be but these are so limited usually that even if there was one it wouldn't matter. It'd be gone within minutes anyway.

I expect it to sell out fairly quickly but I don't think it will be as bad as in years passed. Well, for those going I should say.

Attendees usually have no problem with these, well compared to Non-Attendees. For NAs it'll be a pain in the ass but I'll be here at 10 AM on Friday right before heading to GL.
