I was on the exclusives page and it never linked to the pre-order. By the time I went to the home page and clicked the link I went to order and then got an out of stock then a checking inventory and then Wait Listed....

We've seen it hundreds of times; People b!tc# and moan about the nature of the exclusive and it sells out in under two minutes.
It's funny, I'm actually paying more (considering the sales tax) for the privilege of standing in a line, lugging this thing around the Convention Center floor and then figuring out a way to get it back with me on an airplane.
Still, it'll be my first time at SDCC so I figured it'll be a neato-frito souvenir of the whole experience.

Luckily I got one. But none of my other 4 friends got theirs... the thing become waitlist in less than 2 minutes. INSANE!!
Yeah, but anyone who placed a waitlist order within a couple hours eventually got an opportunity to own it. . .

Question, Can Wait Listed users try for the non-attendee version tomorrow?
I know that it is limited to one exclusive per account no matter if attending or non-attending but not sure about wait listed orders.

Last year they cancelled the attendee wait list for the Guardian Predator. Any unclaimed attendee stock will be available first-come, first-serve at the Sideshow booth on Sunday of SDCC, but I can almost guarantee none of these will go unclaimed.
It's best to try to get a non-attendee tomorrow or the wait list tomorrow since a bunch of those converted on the Guardian Predator last year right before Comic-Con. You would probably need to get your wait list for today cancelled in order to get a chance at one tomorrow so your account doesn't automatically deny the order since it's 1 per person.

when i did the PPO last year i was WL at like 58 seconds,or somthing silly like that...still got the sucker though

I was on the dumb comic con page where the other pre orders were, wish I had known where to look, suppose I will try my luck tomorrow.
