so it's actually cheaper to get the non-attendee version ($5 shipping) vs the attendee version because of the CA sales tax? maybe this being sold out is a blessing in disguise...or just something telling me i shouldn't buy any HT figures.

i think the $5 is an extra amount added to the $209.99 price. so that would be $214.99 + shipping to your location.

Its all part of going to Comic-Con. I guess you gotta go to understand part of it. Buying Exclusives, prints, etc is just part of the experience I think.

I've been going for a decade, and I've yet to experience SDCC. I don't know if I'd really like waiting in lines all day, but not being under the gun the entire time would be bit fun.

Thank god for the parties at night. Speaking of, who knows what's going on party wise?

the non attendee portion should just fill the the waitlist orders for the attendees, im sorry if you are calling this a sdcc exclusive and the people who are paying thousands of dollars to be a part of the convention should have first dibs on all the the inventory for the exclusive then if it does not sell out then offer it to non attendees after the convention its a bunch of crap to be waitlisted after one minute

LOL, this is just like Gort last year, such a CF.

I remember last year I placed an order 17 seconds after it hit 10 and did not get it. However my wait list for the NA version came through in like Nov.

Does anyone know if you can wait list both guys or are you only allowed to do one?

At this point I am very tempted to just buy one at after market prices because it'd be cheaper than getting the Comic Con one.

Why? Because I know if I go to the con I'll spend an extra 500 on stuff I dont need, hahah

I don't personally wait in lines all day. I pick and choose what times I hit the booth. I guess I like the way I cover the show as it allows me to have the best of both worlds.

Nothing yet but it was July 2nd when it was announced last year.

Don't worry there will be tons of complaints and SS will retrospectively raise the ES again like the Guardian predator and mouser last year and everyone on the waitlist and their grandma will get one eventually : )

It sure is. Just because they are going to attend the con they think no one else should get these. We went through this same crap with the Pred last year and the Gray Ironman the year before. They'll sell these at about 5 different cons PLUS.

And no.....you can't waitlist both.

There are plenty of things out there for some of you to flip so no need to get your titties in a twist.
