And at the end of the ending, theres "tony stark will return" whats that supposed to mean?

That clean slate apply to IM armor only....there's still Iron Patriot....and although i'm not sure about IM4, IM definitely be back for Avenger 2

Poor Iron Patriot, didn't even got a chance to use his mounted cannon. Maybe he'll be joining Avenger 2. Not to mention that Pepper is a lot stronger than IM now.

Why/how could Tony remove the shrapel from his heart now? Why not do it when he first got injured? If it was that easy, he'd never have to create the chest rt and become Iron Man in the first place...?

He's a great mechanic, not a doctor. And having a Arc Reactor in his chest is his ego and his obsess with the suit.

Pretty disappointed at the performance and screen time of the Iron Man armors.. including the Iron Patriot. Mark 42 broke all the time and never really kicked ***. Iron Patriot never got into any action besides being used by the enemy for some minute during the airplane scene.. I was looking forward to round 2 of Iron Man and now Iron Patriot kickin enemy ***.. but we got nothing of that. I'm not disappointed in the movie, it was better than I expected but I really thought there would be more to the Iron armors... especially after the hype from Hot Toys, PI, commercials and posters.. etc

I felt like I was watching James Bond, rather than Iron Man... The suits were just throw away gadgets. WTF you hit Iron Man hard enough the armor falls off now?

Actually I thought the twist about Mandarin was pretty funny, I never expected much of him and didn't think he was cool in anyway so I'm glad with how that turned out, now I like him. But I do agree with you about the armors.. they were like paper. How the suits got destroyed by mere missiles and punches sucked...

yeah, im definitely getting a lot of the james bond vibe in a few of the action scenes. Especially during the scene where he got strapped on a bed wire. Mandarin is the arch nemesis of iron man as joker is to batman. Cant believe they decided to **** it up like that. I guess they can always rehash that character again nevertheless and bring the character back. This doesnt feel Iron man ish like the other 2 IM movies and avengers though.

i almost couldnt recognize dr banner at the ending credits. He looks older than he was during avengers. So does that mean if he turn green, he'll have grey hair now?
