I'd hit it.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

In fear of being infected for the rest of your life with something . I wouldn't . Lol

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Reading the hands on impressions from IGN and Kotaku, their opinions are very different in what they saw. IGN not fond of Keifer as Big Boss, and Kotaku enjoying the performance. I can’t wait to see the demo this month to finally see if he nailed Big Boss or not.

Demo? Where did you get this info from?
Is this really happening?

BTW, knowing kojima love for surprises and trolling, i would'n be shocked if David Hayter was voicing a younger Solid Snake in this game...

Lets wait and see =)

It wouldn't have gone on this long if it was trolling.

Really dont know mate... might be kojima's biggest surprise ever

(ok... i really hope it a surprise... i just love hayter's work and his not only the voice of snake for me... the whole character depends on David's touch... its snake's soul...just imagine someone else saying "kept you waiting huh?"... wouldnt be right =( )

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Hayter and Kojima are professionally done. If Hayter has even a shread of self-respect, he wouldn't go crawling back to Kojima if he's beckoned to return.

I honestly hope he gives Kojima a big **** you if he ever asks him to do VA in the future.

I support Hayter all the way. He was practically the only person at Konami who vibed with the fans. And besides voice acting, he should have been allowed some creative control over the series, because he actually knew what the hell was going on. But, no. Kojima wanted to westernize things for MGS 4, so who did he bring in? Ryan ****** Payton, and his nanomachines -____-.

Kojima is destroying this series. And as someone said before, he and Konami only care about the bottom line. MGS is just a cash grab in its current state - nothing more but a mere shadow of its former self.

All the used to be legendary gaming companies/directors from Japan are so out of touch with the market. But then again maybe they are since CODbros love the series based on the title alone.

Yeah, i have the feeling that MGS lost its magic... after MGS4, with the patriots arc pretty much closed, everything got a bit worse... really hoping that phanton pain make me excited with the series again.

About the japanese companies, i can take my hat off to bandai/namco for their perfect fan service with the fans of the tekken fight game.. they made such a good job in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 that the whole package feels different (and better) comparing with the other companies offer regarding fighting games in general: huge host of characters, free DLC stuff, fan feedback heard 100%, etc.

(guess i went a bit far from the topic now lol)

:exactly:

Tekken has been one of the few consistently great franchises that only gets better with each release. Street Fighter has gotten really weird and unlikeable for me.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Tekken is a great franchise, i think 6 is the best. Tekken Tag 2 just doesnt have the game modes like Tekken Force to make it worth putting any time in. I also feel the lack of levels and memorable music hurt tekken tag 2. Still a great game but its more for multiplayer. But if youve put in your time on tekken 6 theres no real reason to jump to tekken tag 2. I ended up going back to 6.
