Were you able to get the NRD back from them?

I didn't even try, to be honest. I have cancelled items before and sideshow was always helpful, generous and willing to return the NRD or put it towards it another item. I know they probably would have if I had contacted them, but whatever... they can have this one.

Sweet! Glad to hear the news of the 3-5 week processing email. Looks like my final flexpayment on the 25th will remain on schedule and I should have it at the end of the month as I was anticipating! :yess:

the lack of foot articulation cost him dear! bones repulsor blasting pose is way more natural than the mark 3!

3-5 weeks says the e-lec-tronic mail :dance

Which head are you using? The light up head or face sculpt?

As I thought the light up head could get a better head tilt then that.

Yea, that's the light-up head and it doesn't have much range to look up at all. It pops right off every time I try

Idk was I joking? :wink1:

I guess I should've know that, right? :lol

Yeah you should extend the torso first, swing the legs forward with that button thing and fiddle.

You'll get him looking up more like this:

I have to give it another try. Yours looks good there but it seems like to get these more upright, something else has to give. Like the arm can't be dead in front but more off to the side and the legs can't be as crouched. I got a little more hyper-extension at the abs and twisted the torso a bit more so it looks a little better than my last 2 pics, but still not as upright as yours.

I'm excited...my flex got pushed to Sept 25th, any shot I'll get an email to pay this off early???

You could always ask :D

I actually just e-mailed customer service about having my last flex payment charged as soon as the Mark 3 arrives in the warehouse. I'll be sure to report when I get an answer. :)

I know it may not be perfect looking in every pose (what figure is?) but you can still get this guy into some dynamic and eye catching poses. I understand some ppl may not like this figure, but I still really enjoy it and cannot wait to have him.

yes, i admit that its a very good looking armour. the paint job and the body proportion are spot on.
way better than the previous version. i just think as a reputable company like HT, they should not
have left out the ankle articulation as it'd been a very basic one on every iron man armour.
without it many basic poses cannot be done properly, so i'm a bit disappointed.
actually i've PO this, and am still looking forward to picking it up anyway. :lol

I get that too. I am in the camp that i understand the structural draw backs (ankle and ab articulation) but will still make do and put him in a great pose regardless. I love this suit and love the movie. And it seems from the limited reviews we've seen that the reviewers love it and to me looks amazing. The swap out piece makes the bent over landing pose easier and anatomically correct (spinal alignment), so I think I'll take advantage of that and pose him that way.

I have yet to attempt a ground punch pose with any of my figures...my Mark 42 arrives Monday so I may attempt it then. The Mark 3 here looks like it performs the pose pretty well...I may have to make it happen with this one full time.

Cancelled mine today, I just wasn't feeling it anymore. The most recent photos are very underwhelming to me and the shoulder gap is too distracting.

I hope one of you guys got my exclusive. :)

Don't even try, it can't be done...just wait for this one.

Looks like the ground punch will be the definitive pose for the Mk3...can't wait for mine :impatient:
