I e-mailed customer service yesterday about having my last flex payment charged earlier than September 5th, and I received my reply from them this evening. Since I know a lot of people have been asking about that, this is what they told me:

"Please know that we will be receiving the Iron Man Mark 3 in batches, so some customers might have him sooner than others. In the event that we receive all of them in at once, and before your scheduled flex payment date, we will notify you via e-mail and ask if you would like for us to charge your final payment earlier."

If you go to your order in your SSC account, they'll be a button there for you to hit if you are able for early processing.

I guess that explains why many people have gotten 3-5 week processing emails while I still haven't heard anything. Then again, I'm leaning pretty heavily towards cancelling my order, so it's all a bit moot.

Beautiful figure and packaging but glad I cancelled and am holding out for IV. That is the definitive Iron Man for me.

Wow, awesome pics. I'm excited for this figure...I just got a Mark 42 and I can say I'm now fully in low with the diecast format. Plus the Mark 3 is my favorite armor so this is a win win for me.

just pick him up today. the paint job is amazing, and i think the red is spot on.
many people said its too light, but i think its excatly the dark red color shown on the
IM 1 movie. the whole figure feels very sturdy, and the joints are pretty tight.
tried to do the ground pounding pose but not quite managed to do it yet! will try it
again sometime next week. however, i find the arm missiles launching pose quite
promising. its really not bad indeed, isnt it?
