Yeah...in the past I've used this nifty collector site to judge the estimated value of a figure and make a decision on whether or not it's a good deal. As of right now, it looks like its average price on eBay is $430. Ouch...

But the history details also indicate that used ones have recently sold for as low as $300. That gives me some degree of hope.

I sold mine a few months ago for less than $300. You'll find a deal. Keep watching and waiting for your price.

On the WL July 19th and just got converted for the exclusive a day or two ago. Not early Aug but good luck nonetheless!

There should be plenty of cancellations now that money is coming due after a year+ pre-order, an expensive figure and a whole lot of Ultron stuff coming out early.

Oh the wonderful ineptitude of UPS! Second time now that I've authorized shipment release and the moron attempts delivery and says no one available for signature. DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY YOU IDIOT! If you look at your stupid electronic gizmo you'll see it's been authorized for drop off. So now I don't get it until Monday. As soon as I get the shipping notice I log into UPS and authorize shipment release. I then check it at least twice more to be sure it's checked. Morons.

Just got around to opening him, and now it's time for work... Oh poo. No more pink rubber panties. I found it strange that there is a hip twisting abs piece. I can't seem to get any ab crunch or upper torso twist, and I think that's what it's for. You can see it in the upper right compartment. Also, Great box art/packaging!

Guys I hate to ask, but are the button cell batteries sealed in the plastic tray in the back tray of the box like my Mk XLIII, or are they already installed in the figure? Thanks in advance.

I'm curious to know too, although it is probably in its separate tray since a lot of people complained about the earlier iron man armors having them installed already and rusting/deteriorating, or they just never use the light-up functions.

The box pictures get me excited!!

Is it unusual to not have received an email yet if you preordered this at the start?

There are a couple of us who haven't gotten any email notifications. Someone contacted Sideshow, who said that they were getting a partial shipment of this figure; so not everyone's preorder is shipping now. At least, that's the word. I haven't had a chance to contact Sideshow to confirm this one way or another.

It happens with their premium formats all the time, sometimes you get lucky with the first batch, sometimes you have to wait a little while.
