The only other diecast suit I can see is II, since it's a repaint with rivets. VI and IV maybe, but both have been re-released (gantry and Avengers promo). V, I doubt. VII is solid as plastic, though I'll get a diecast if they fix the helmet.

Not sure how many more we'll get. I'm honesty not a fan. I feel sales for the line may be slower than anticipated. The price point is extremely brutal, even for a diehard fan like me. All 7 in diecast would cost over $2k.

I hear ya. If you happen to be new to the hobby, like me, then it's a great opportunity to pick up past armors. If you've been collecting for a few years or more, however, it's beginning to look like "been there, done that."

:horror Where do you display your Iron Legion?

I thought everybody here owned Detolfs. IKEA should write Hot Toys a big fat check. Where do you keep your Iron Men then?

Hate to say it but in the corner of my room on a table... Its not that bad due to no direct sunlight and my room being air conditioned so minimum dust.

The problem is that Ikea doesnt have a store down here in Hawaii and they dnt ship here and also the ikea shipping service here, haul2hi, charges $90 for shipping on 1 $64 detolf...

That's cool, so long as they're safe and you can enjoy looking at them!

:lol to bad we got a cat 3 hurricane and a tropical storm coming here this weekend, one after the other. Im debating to put these guys in steel containers for storage until the storms pass

Ouch. Yeah, those babies are over a hundred pounds so shipping them is brutal.

Yeah i did cry a little inside when they sent me a shipping quote
Do it, better to be safe than sorry. And stay safe, you and yours!

Truck is full of gas, cleaned out costco and walmart, we should be good but thanks for the support man, appreciated :hi5:

While many of you seem to be weary from Iron Man fatigue, this is my first (and hopefully only) IM figure I've ever wanted.

Just preordered from Sideshow.
Glad that's done.... now to wait almost another year...

Oh, it'll be longer than a year before it's released. They always get pushed back a few months.

This guys should know the feeling :lol

:hi5: no offense taken, if it makes a difference I have yet to buy my first detolf :lol :lol

If you like the look of the Detolf you can achieve it by using this type of clip system which you can get on ebay and then buy the glass locally.

The clips are available in every configuration and you could always use a combination of glass and wood to create a display

It isn’t dust proof system but you can create an expandable display

I might look into that. And i think i know someone who can cut glass

I just ordered him. I think this is the definitive armor for me, and great for creating my unique Avengers. I have Light armor Thor, have Stealth Cap on order and now this. Just have to get Hulk now. For a decent price hopefully.
