I would rather MOD it so the whips light up. I f someone could figure out how to do it, I 'd pay for that. Or a tutorial would be cool.

You probably have to create new whips for him

I think it could be done with fiber optics. The back already has the clear tubing running out and into the arm pieces.

The trick would be hiding the unit in the back section. I have some fiber optics at my theater I can experiment with.

Weapons:

- One (1) pair of metal-like whips with real-like flashes and wires

Says in the specs description.

I always assumed the whips could light up and have flashes?

Fiber optics are good at keeping the light within the tube and not have it disperse out trought the tube... only the ends are brightly lit (there maybe a good use for it to light other parts far from the source).. You'll need something like a diffuser which distributes light through the length of the tube evenly

Electro luminescence wires will be far better choice..... for Whiplash effect..

some examples.. (white is kind of rare)

hmmm....

sidenote: He's starting to get parted out on ebay, I'm gonna bid for an extra pair of pants to experiment with in dyeing. :yess:

That is my plan too, but seeing as there is just the one on ebay right now, I won't bid on it so we don't get into a bidding war :lol

hmm you probably know what your doing more, I haven't bid yet and won't if you want it BM. If I got them and tried dyeing it would probably be a good example in what not to do :lol

Oh, well, someone has bidded on them :lol

I think I may just keep my eye out and see if some more pop up, possibly with a BIN. Plus I should probably wait until SDCC anyway. Too much cash tied up with that :panic:

But trust me, I'm no expert in dying/painting. I'm not afraid to experiment though. But go ahead and give this one a shot if you want. ;)

Anyone who bought from assultrabbit got a tracking number, or heard from him yet?

I bought and sent my payment on saturday, haven't heard from him or gotten replies.
