I would have to agree on that. With Ali, you can tell that his antics had a sense of sarcasm and humor in them. Mayweather's antics just don't have those aspects in them. Plus, Ali actually hit people.

IMO Ali was more than just an incredibly successful boxer, he was also a poet, a VERY entertaining one too! Its almost impossible to hate Ali..............well unless you have an issue with his race or religion.

The man earned all his respect.

Our Henry would have had him if Ali's glove tape had'nt conveniently come undone when he was in trouble!! Ali was great though....Mayweather is a dick.
I was'nt going to watch the fight but I crumbled and now I'm up for the duration as I'm interested in watching the Lacy v Manfredo fight too.

i agree with all of that but still don't like him....or don't like him during the time he was boxing, etc. it's not about any of those things(race/relegion) i just like the quiet, non-obnoxious type of sports stars, etc. i don't like the loud mouths. but for a loud mouth he was an intelligent loud mouth that helped propel a sport higher up than it already was. can't say that much about the majority of boxers today.....his skills were just as loud as his mouth and I respect that but still don't like him as ali the boxer.

I watched UFC tonight, some good figths. I just cant stand boxing anymore. Boxing hasnt been good for SOOOO long now. UFC, or just MMA in general, is much better IMO.

Still, after watching the HBO show they had about this fight I wuld have liked Hatton to win.

The UFC was AMAZING. The best fight came from War Machine, who wrestled at my high school, he was bleeding awesome !!!!!
