Thank you, G Double. :hi5:

Taking everything into account. The Dark Kight. The hype, the buzz that summer, the film. Perfect. Whatever it is will have to be a good film to beat it.

BB and TDKR are amazing. One of the best trilogies ever made, even though BB does feel a lot different to the other two IMO.

Each of them has a different feeling to me.

If anything TDK feels the most different to me actually, compared to the other two, but I love how each has its own character.

Yeah agreed, but imo, BB feels like it could be made by a different director even. Just the orange tint and Gotham and loads of other things I can't think of off the top of my head, lol. But i've never watched BB then TDK back to back so maybe I need to!

I loved BB, a great start to the trilogy but TDK just brought more to the plate scale and story wise for me (would of been perfect if Maggie hadn't been cast). TDKR was just too much for me, not great pacing and the story seemed just too grand or massive agains the film previous.

You know the scene where she's on the Bat-Pod and blows up that stack of cars blocking the tunnel? I just watched her ass the whole time... I knew she was blowing up the barricade, so why should I bother watching another explosion when I could be looking at her butt? :yess:

:goodpost::exactly:

Point taken, of course... But you do know what I mean. She's never out to kill Batman. She's a support character in the Batman-verse. More Robin than Joker, so to speak.

Yeah, I know that feel you feel bro.

I agree with the numbers on this poll. I would say the ranking of these films should go
1. The Dark Knight
2. Batman Begins
3. The Dark Knight Rises.
It still mite be to early to call. I think we need to allow TDKR to resonate a little more. I hated it when I first saw it, but (weather or not I I knew it going in) I was holding this movie up to high and expecting to much b/c of TDK. Let's face it TDK is a very tough act to follow and it's really hard to judge this movie by it's own merit and not rush to make a comparison. Regardless I still feel like this movie has many notable flaws that could have been avoided, and I really think Nolan should have at the very least referenced the joker. I understand that he wanted to respect Ledgers's memory by not referencing him in this film, but I think the jokers actions just had to much of an influence on this film to not reference him at all.

DID YOU SEE WHAT HER ASS DID??????? :panic:

Not the best symmetry as regards the movie titles is there.

Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
The Dark Knight Rises

Maybe TDK and TDKR should have been subtitles (or are they already and I've been oblivious?) like Batman: The Dark Knight, Batman: The Dark Knight Rises

I'm absolutely certain TDKR was named such to wholly capitalize off of the popularity of TDK.
