Very likely. The top two guesses have been her and Taylor Swift. Personally I would like to see Blake. Having husband and wife play the two Deadpools has a certain hilarity to it. I could see her having a lot of fun doing her best impression of Ryan.

I can actually see Blake being the first reveal under the mask and then pulling that face mask off and looking like a female Ryan Reynolds

Easy callback to that scene in CA: TWS when BW had that digital mask.
