So does anyone that has this guy or picked up his LED hammer parted out ever get the previous LED hammer released by Toyzstudio? Still see them (the Toyzstudio version) here and there and wonder if it is any better/worse than the actual hot toys version since they go for about the same price. Would like to eventually get a LED hammer for 1 of my 4 Thor's (have em all except for this AOU version). Always seem to miss out on ebay auctions when they're ending and keep missing out when Toy Anxiety parts him out. I still might pick up this guy if he ever gets discounted. I think this and both previous Dark World versions are some of the best figures Hot Toys has ever made, but for some reason he gets little love... Heavy discounts always seem to follow and aftermarket prices tank even after he sells out..

Which Thor has the best articulation/posability?

The only one I've tried to pose in anything remotely dramatic is TDW. I wouldn't think there would be much difference to Avengers, TDW and Avengers 2 just looking at them. I think AoU is the best body proportions for the character. The one from the first movie is the worst. It's pretty bad for Thor proportions really. Just too skinny and inferior to all the rest in every way except for the two unique extras.

As Motux stated, I'd say TDW version with the chainmaille does. I too have all the Thor figures thus far.

I know I have he head on a DW body, but I just wanted to share my helmet mod where I thought folks would see it, plus I'll be transferring it to my AoU body when it gets here next week.

I'm trying to make a Marvel film universe version of Thor that's close to the comic book version I grew up with, and this mod combined with the AoU body will accomplish that.

It's all glued down now. I did take pics before gluing it though.

As long as it's only in this thread and it's a premium member, one little sale post isn't that bad.
