The packaging left a dent in the forehead, and the hair dryer was used to head the head and get it back to its original shape. Hopefully it isn't a widespread issue.

Also, one leg is slightly shorter than the other.

Is this just a recast of the Hot Toys sculpt?
I don't see much of a difference.
