I read something on the Iron Man Wiki that said this armour has vibranium components. Can anyone confirm or deny this? I don't remember anything officially said about it.

Hmm thats interesting, I wonder if anything was cut from the film that might explain that. Also I agree with your previous post about the helmet design, its excellent

Yeah I was expecting one of those. But I get why there wasn't one.

I'm convinced there's some meaning behind the accent. It just seems too random NOT to mean something.

Yeah. I think a vibranium suit would be cool, I'd like to see more in depth about this suit in the blu ray. And yeah I think the helmet was a fresh change that was needed to make this suit look as spectacular as it does.

Yeah that thought did cross my mind too. Jocasta was definitely a homage - I don't think that will go any further.

Unless this series goes on for so long that they use all of the comic material and completely run out of ideas.

Friday was an assistant of Tony's in the comics after Pepper quit at one point I think ... no idea if she has that accent though ha

For some reason, I actually LIKE that. I think it mkes it seem more like a real suit of armour or something.

On a different note...

If I'm completely honest, I wasn't so fond of the helmet design when I first saw it in the comicave photo, but after seeing the film and the hot toy, I think it's the most original, interesting and overall cool design yet. I love everything about this suit.

I agree about the helmet. My favorite design yet. I just hope Hot Toys keeps the vents at the top of the mask open. Wonder why some of the promo pics have them open and some have them closed?

Yeah, I'm sure it was just a funny little nod. I wouldn't want Jacosta anyways. As far as I know, that stuff is pretty weird.

Yeah that is odd. I expect that they made an open one after some pics were already taken to show that they're planning on fixing it. I don't really care much either way. There's not much they can do to make me unhappy about this figure.

Girl Friday (female voice) is a term for a do everything assistant and also was the name of a 1940's movie I think this is somehow one of the things the name was chosen for if not Tony's assistant after pepper in comics probably from same resource.
