Not feeling the look of Mk. 45. Hate the helmet. :monkey4

I wish they would just go back to Mark 3, 4, 6 or 7. Those were just classic Iron Man.

On the bright side, I have ZERO temptation to order any new Iron Man Hot Toys figures, so my wallet thanks me, lol.
Except that Stealth Mk. 7. Had that PO in on day one.

Until Shotgun and a half dozen others are announced ;)

lol... even then. My Mark VII is displayed alongside the other Avengers, and that is all I have at the moment.
Stealth VII will definitely be displayed, but that is my absolute definitive movie Iron Man suit.

Once they made the revised helmet for him, that was end game. :D

Having seen the film I was pretty underwhelmed by this armour.

There's really nothing special about it shown during the film - it's just a workhorse, doesn't feature any Macross-style fastpack weapons, elaborate quadruple airbrakes, etc. Nice design, but doesn't do anything the II/III/IV/VI/VII/42/43 didn't.

This, I need a Mark 6 in my life, loved the look of the suit and as long as they replicate all of the details (preferably the Avengers version) this will be the other classic armour I pick up (with the big assumption they do it, obviously)!

You know,
You are right, the others had more or at least were shown with more; this one fired repulsers, the chest RT and at one point lasers but nothing else in terms of weapons, which is a shame as the figure is bound to be an expensive die cast with limited accessories and pose options (no flight poses).

Still it is a very good looking suit, I can't help but think we will see in in CW where it will do more which will then be shown on an upgraded figure (maybe, maybe not... the 45 is missing the shoulder pods and the wrist launcher is wrong not to mention he blows Ultron to bits with the arm we don't get!)

There is no doubt in my mind that if Hot Toys puts a diecast Mark I, II, IV, V, VI or VII
out there, I will be buying them. The "pink panties" syndrome on the plastic ones made me want diecast ones even more.

Luckily, my Mark VII is fine. :)

The movie didn't change my mind about this armor one bit... I still love it and can't wait to own it in 1/6th.

Though I would have really liked for them to explain more about it in the movie... And why did he decide to stop using 43? I can't help feeling like there was a battle that was cut from the movie where ultron corrupted the armor... I hope it's in the extended.
