I think since Civil War is filming soon we will see which armor he puts on. If it's 45 that will just cement my order. If not, I may wait for the Civil War version.

There's supposed talk that the Civil War suit will be a tweaked version of Mk 45 with a bit more gold similar to his old suits.

I guess, since it's almost CG, it has been finished just a week before movie premiere

Civil War will have a new armor, just like any movie that has Iron Man in it. No new movie reuses any of the previous armors. This will be the case for Infinity Wars too.

That's not entirely correct, the Mk II got a second appearance in IM2 and the Mk VI was in the first half of Avengers.

Honestly I'd like them to find an excuse to get him in some of the older suits. Silver Centurion needs more screentime.

Utterly forgetable appearance in the movie- Mk 45 looks great but hardly did much in the film and wasn't in it that much...ok so

I don't believe so. For a more apt comparison of screen time, it'd probably be Mk43 to Mk7.

I think its safe to say yes, but for seeing the movie 12 hours ago, my memory isn't doing me any favors.

Mk II was used in IM1 and 2. MkVI was used in IM2 and Avengers 1. Mk VII was used in Avengers 1 and IM3. There's still a chance we'll see this armor again.

Yeah....I'm all about the 43 now.

Sure 45 looks cool but there really wasn't much personality to it...Just another suit with no explanation to why it was needed ...it was just another suit. But i think a lot of that kind of stuff was missing. Hulk has new shorts for example but I'm guessing there was no time to mention such things.

I'd say a lot of filler stuff was cut. Hopefully we see further explanations for this stuff in the extended version
