I do like the 45 better in terms of look and design but neither that nor the 43 really do anything much for me.

Yeah...after seeing the film, I was not too excited by either the 43 or the 45. Or maybe it's because I am not the biggest fan of Iron Man.

I agree, it just doesn't have that classic moment where you would say that suit is really cool.

Joss Whedon seemed to use the same formula for this movie that he used in the avengers. The villain captures one avenger. There's a battle between some avengers. There's some arguments between the team until one event brings them together. The captured avenger is back with the team. Stark goes to confront the villain, finds out his plan to dominate the world. The villain calls in his army and the battle begins. Eventually, the avengers assemble for the final battle, and hulk smashes the villain out of the picture. Stark finds a way to finish the job, saves the world. And the avengers go their seperate ways, some pretty extremely far. But they'll come back, because we need them to.

So what your saying is he copied and pasted the first film, changed some of the names around, through in a couple different lines of dialogue along with a Hulk / Hulkbuster mega rumble and called it a day for Mai Tais and shawarma?

Yep. But I'm not complaining, I loved the film.

OK. so just recovering from the awesominity of AOU, and they go ahead and show the 46. I guess that guy who said inverted trapezoid arc reactor was right. looks like we might never see the 45 suit up sequence.

By definition, a trapezoid is any quadrilateral with 1 pair of parallel sides.

Edit: it's just redundant to call it inverted when it's still just a trapezoid

It's a description of the shape's orientation. If I had described the new chest RT as just a trapezoid, people's natural assumption would be the traditional orientation with the longer base at the bottom. Some people just want to nit pick for the sake of nit picking
