Work to be done, but here's the first image to be used for the crawlers montage, with some quick light effects to get a taste for it with the right warrior.

These are breathtaking MF, just superb work my friend. the poseability makes it for me, an absolute necessity with the marines and all, looks like it can do a ton of cool stuff...

For me, this is everything I wanted in this fig...

How does it feel in hand, heavy?

I'd say it's equal or a little lighter than the AVP Warrior. I can't wait til Hicks arrives, got some fun shots in mind there. I forgot to mention one of my other favorite design sections, the hip joint. The rubber is really close around the ball joint, so no matter how you pose the legs, the rubber isn't flopping around and showing, on my AVP figure, some poses I have to push the rubber back under the leg joint.

I'll have to try some daylight shots tomorrow. One paint feature I really wanted to show but the slime gloss finish kept reflecting the light. The "scales" on the dome have a beautiful white/light blue into dark blue into black highlighting paint job in each one, it's beautifully done and adds just enough highligh to bring it out without looking overdone.

I think this is the first figure I've ever seen where the pictures just keep getting better and better... the in-hand are better than the proto pics.

Maulfan, do you have any marines at all yet? If not, which ones are you getting now?
