Dx luke and Endor luke we’re both out early December. In hot toys mind, that may be 2 Star Wars releases in December. I hope the director is the January release.

Jyn deluxe has the data tape. He should come with a blaster, hat and galactic rainnponcho. He was the boss, no need for accessories.

I hope we don’t have to wait till next Christmas to get him either. Hopefully Q3, but there’s a bunch of **** coming next year.

I wouldn't expect this to be ready until 2020. Hell, The Wasp from Ant-Man2 was announced back in what, August? That's not slated for release until 4Q 2019, which would be possibly next Christmas.

I could obviously be wrong, but I'd say it's a safe bet we're looking at 1Q 2020 for Krennic.

I could obviously be wrong, but I'd say it's a safe bet we're looking at 1Q 2020 for Krennic.

The wasp is way more of a complex figure than this though. He is all soft goods and a relatively simple cloth design which means he doesn’t have to wait for production moulds and plastic pieces or much the way of accessories. It all depends on where HT can fit him in, still hopeful for 2019.

I have a feeling the developement of this figure stared when they made the Baze, Shoretroopers, Tank Commander protos and also Tarkin. The lack of POs on many of the RO figures released plus the upcoming films at the time resulted in the shelving of these figures. I’m thinking Cassian, Bohdi and who ever else they were planning on putting out have some designs or even protos made. I wouldn’t be surprised if Krennic is ready for production. I bet they have a slew of nearly completed or completed protos for a bunch of SW (PT, OT, ST, Solo, Mandalorian) that are most likely sitting in JC Hongs studio... or Howard’s shelf. Just my thoughts and dying curiousity to see images of what they’ve got in their R&D. My two cents

Great point, I’m in your camp we should see somewhat of a shorter turn with him. We will find out soon enough.

Well even if that's the official release date, there's a good chance it'll be pushed up sooner anyway, like the majority of other HT figures have been lately. So I'm pretty confident we'll get him next year sometime.

I think you're pretty close to the mark here. Who knows exactly how many. But they have to do a bit of pre-design work for the case that the film is really well accepted.

I'm also hoping that they somewhat purposefully released only half of the natural character pairs. There has to be buyer fatigue if they are all released at one time.

Plus all the other Star Wars & Marvel films on their plate.

Patience is definitely the name of the game here. And a bit of luck as to how the movie is received etc etc. But the stars seem to be aligning here hopefully.
