Tank looks great

I understand the idea they had but the Iron Ant Men just look weird

I love Tank's color scheme but those add ons just make it look like he has some mini-me minions flying with him, those would be left in the box for me, or displayed elsewhere. It seems like too much of a waste if those minis only come with an exclusive release, I expect to see those for sale separately or in sets like the 1/6 busts in not too much time. But it is disconcerting that the posing on the minis is exactly the same as in the preview photos, makes me think those things are totally unarticulated and thus I wouldn't be able to keep them on my desk like figuarts without a flying stand either. Poo.

I actually like the mini Disco and IX. I originally thought HT was going to release all three as the TF EX, in which case I was maybe going to pick up Tank and pass on the other two. But now Tank is a definite. If the minis don't look good I'll just remove them.

I hope mini figures are not how they plan on doing the rest of the suits. I think it looks silly and I want all of them in 1/6 scale. Otherwise its a nice little bonus but I imagine they will try to justify a price increase with them and I'm not happy about that.

Holographic figs, mini figs, horrible looking replusor thingies that don't light up, etc it's all fodder. Kudos to HT trying new ideas for fodder to be included with these sets to justify the ever inflating costs, too bad nobody is that dumb. If they included battle damage swap out parts from head to toe for each figure instead of this fodder nobody ever asked for their collectors would be happier to pay what they're asking.
To the best of my knowledge, I fail to understand why has HT yet not included a light-up feature in the feet too? These are supposed to be screen-accurate, huh? Then friggin' give 'em light up repulsor/thrusters in the feet, Howard! :cuss

$35,000 yen in Japan. Thats $285 U.S. Tack on the SS adds and it probably will be @ $350. But I doubt any more?
$35,000 yen..... What currency is that? :lol

Just kidding, I just got mine for around the same price.

The only one that i know of that has lit up repulsors in the feet is the mark 2 AU version.

With the toy fair exclusives when does sideshow get them?
And how quickly do the iron man ones sell out?
Or does sideshow send an email out like the stealth version.:dunno

I am headed on vacation and i really don't want to miss out on this.
Not sure if i am going to have to watch the website very closely.

oh they'll send out an email but they sometimes sell out before it arrives, you are much better off subscribing to this thread with Tapatalk to keep up to date

Not sure about the mini figures included with this figure. I don't think I'd display them with Tank if I was going to buy it and for people who are collecting armies I think it'd look goofy having the two mini figures next to the rest of your collection. Just my opinion. Tank itself looks pretty cool though.

Yeah, that's goes unmentioned often that HT ignores the LED feet a majority of their IM releases.

No excuse for that for the premium we're paying.
