I think its a collar to cover his flesh neck. Because the other neck is a light up ball joint and probably doesn't fit the Stark head.

yeah it's the collar, purpose to make the stark head look more natural on the armour.

the original forearm armour will have to be removed first, and then replaced by the ones with rockets. the joints on this figure are pretty tight and the removable parts (chestarmour, forearm) are quite difficult to remove. the build and quality feels much better than the BD mark III. the IV is also slightly taller.

If the fingers are articulated, than why do they need 4 sets of hands? I understand a clenched fist might be difficult to articulate since it requires more than just finger movement, but from the pic, the second (going down from IM) and fourth pair of hands look the same.

That aside, figure looks incredible.

On the flip side, the IV was never involved in an actual fight. It's more or less Tony's drinking suit.

That was a great little video. I'm tempted to give oils a try. I was an oil painter but I've never used them for modeling. May have to give it a go.

yea just do test first because the varnish might damage the original paint job on your figure.
