Finally! got this guy just before christmas. Awesome figure, the detail and paintwork are absolutely amazing. Very happy with it :)

Just got mine, but have a question to the folks who has this.

The left thigh area of my figure seems to be misaligned out of the box. The circle bolt is touching the silver area on the left side, but perfectly centered on the right (please see the pics). Is this normal (i.e., should there be articulation for this area, so that I can easily realign the thigh myself)? I would like to know if I have a stiff joint or a QC problem. Thanks in advance.

Thank you that worked. Now the only thing keeping me up at night is the thin rubber stuff under the elbows. Not sure what Hot Toys used, but that thing looks fragile and can melt any time...

The chrome part of my figure is losing it's lustre. It's no longer reflective like in the movie, but a matte gray instead. :thud:

i'm kinda disappointed these ironman can't make the blast palm pose...i have both MK5 and 6 and they both have this awkward pose to the hand....

:lecture It's such an iconic pose for any of the armors, simply because there are repulsors on the palms of all the Marks, except Mk.I of course.

Instead of 3 pairs of hands, Hot Toys should make 1 pair bendy fingers and 1 pair in the repulsor blast position, with the wrist shield to go with it.

Dont worry, MK III v2, MK IV v2, MV v2 and MK VI v2 will take care of that :slap

Must be one hell of a Donut dozen to be kept under a protective case inside a protective shell. :lol

Haha yes I could not think of a better idea of display for the donut hence it was in the protective case. Just gotten a new grey suit for my Tony Stark and he looks even better now.

This is my 2nd attempt at making a 'Monaco' diorama for Whiplash & the Mark V. I have put this project on hold for the time being and I am working on a bigger version right now. On the bigger diorama, I make some changes to the fence line assembly and molded better guardrails. I am in the process of make some better damaged F1 parts and doing some weathering affects too. I will then come back to the smaller diorama and make the changes.

Well, here are some pics I took awhile back. :wave

Yes, that's how it'll go beyond awesome! Whiplash and V should be placed/standing a little far from each other. But even this one looks pretty neat Firebird :clap
