Way to keep the blind faith! I've it all pretty much paid off already, just waiting for it to ship out eventually but I wouldn't mind it being delayed longer if needs be.

I'm trying my best to be optimistic about this figure as it was only the cockpit shots that got me worried. I think my enthusiasm is more down to my desperation for a Sixth Scale Chewie than anything else though!

How much earlier do they come out in Hong Kong? Keen to see some in-hand shots.

Seems to be so little interest in Star Wars there that in-hand shots don't appear until customers start receiving them from Sideshow.

There have been Sideshow Star Wars releases too. Remember waiting for Hoth Han and Luke photos? They were in the shops over here, but no in-hand images emerged until Sideshow sent some figures to a few eejits to make video reviews.

As far as I know, Sideshow products will ship from Sideshow first unless there are some shenanigans at play. Not sure where those earliest Hans were shipped from and I do remember people saying they were available in Hong Kong, but I never found any proof of wide availability - hence the shenanigans I just mentioned. Something odd to say the least.

We'll probably see photos of HT's upcoming stuff from the usual suspects before they shipping in the US. At the very least someone will post to Facebook if locals are making their pickups at Secret Base, etc.

Just a reminder for everyone of what we're NOT getting. This looks like an early convention shot of the prototype, but it's the most convincing shot I've seen. Almost wondering if there's not some photoshop going on in the face.

His face to me loks similar to some hot toys planet of the apes head sculpts,but no as good,is anybody seeing that? I'm really up in the air with 4his piece it's already been a expensive year and will keep on becoming so I'm pretty sure. I'd love a chewy,just the face is really bothering me like many others,let me know what you guys think about the reference to the hot toys planet of the apes head sculpt in the center of the face,to me it looks similar and also i think some photo shop was slighty added to who made that comment,i see what your seeing.

Oh and leave the mouth out of the comparison to planet of the apes hot toys head sculpt just from above the lips to top of eyes I'd like to know what you guys think,i think it looks very similar.
