Just a reminder for everyone of what we're NOT getting. This looks like an early convention shot of the prototype, but it's the most convincing shot I've seen. Almost wondering if there's not some photoshop going on in the face.

I don't know why that early convention shot would be photoshopped, but looking back on that time, remember lots of us were unhappy with the Chewbacca likeness back then... little did we know it could only get worse.

There are no photos from Hong Kong, this hasn't been released yet. It's being shown at another show right now in Taiwan though - exact same figures they last showed at Anicom - giant muzzle Chewie.

There's no reason to believe it won't look exactly the same in hand - it will need futzing to hide the incorrect sculpt below the fur.
