All the negativity has kept me from ordering until first in hand pics, but I am definitely getting him I believe. Need a Vader BAD.

Side on, the helmet looks good. I don't think anyone's disputed that. From front on though....

I think such is the vader aura that no matter how perfectly they make it we will find flaws! In my view this is far far superior to the ss vader that came out! This is the best to date out of the box representation we are going to get! I wonder though when the esb vader will be out!

I think the only problem is the dome height.. I've made a little (poor) change, take a look:

The problem to me is that the top part is too short

Dome too stumpy. Widows peak too narrow.

Off in a few key areas by minimal amounts however completely makes it unrepresentative of ANH Vader. This is a generic Vader thus far.

looks like he's coming before obi which is a surprise, kidult posted a vader teaser. Im still not convinced on it over Sideshow's. As per HT usual standard the cape looks pants. I may just pick up parts of it to upgrade my sideshow version.

If I owned the SS already that is what I would be doing.

yeah obi was brought forward for SS. im just going off the usual MO for these HK guys especially, kidult as he's not like plastic enemies that guy just posts pics left right and centre. I'd much prefer it be Ben before vader but guess we'll see this week. Maybe obi has shipped for sideshow but hot toys are not releasing him till later in the month?, wouldn't be the first time it has dropped in HK and sideshow has followed right behind.

Wait im confused. Obi is coming early for sure. Didn't we get a delay e-mail about Vader? Are you saying that Vader is about to released in HK before Obi?
