Nice, wasn't expecting Vader so soon. Great to hear people are cautiously optimistic that changes were made for the better. I've got one payment left on November 25, so that should work out perfectly by the time it arrives in the States. Glad it looks like Luke will coming soon, too.

Not sure - has it been tweaked? Looks somewhat the same, but it's a really blurry pic. Dome center line maybe looks wider, but maybe that's just a reflection. I've been sort of assuming they'd do a 2.0 on this one.

See those torso robes over his shoulder armor? The green button on the chest box? The distinct, worn, matte mask/helmet? That makes it ANH Vader.

Looks great! Glad i sold my deluxe Vader to pick this guy up instead. Really happy about the scale and the Interrogation droid now comes with it's own little stand!

AND, the main thing I love about ANH Vader... the pointy widows peak. That one, tiny, simple detail, makes the helmet look much more aggressive.

I've been sort of assuming they'd do a 2.0 on this one.

When you say a 2.0, you mean they'd tweak this Vader before release or an actual 2nd release of ANH Vader within say two or three years? Just curious as I can't see them touching it for a long, long time. I'm sure we'll get an ESB/ROTJ pre-order in that time frame, but figured this is it for his (I'm assuming) less popular, more rugged look.
