Hey Matrix, where did you get/how did you make that sick backdrop?? It really completes the illusion for this figure. I'd like to do something similar!

I've done another mod to my Vader
Where his chest box is there's two tiny rivets on the top (look at pictures) of a new hope Vader

I think that you have a good knowledge of anh vader! Every details on your Vader reveal this! I've added the "rivets" of the chest box suspenders to my custom vader some month ago and I think that it's a great anh detail. Your vader is the most anh (ht) vader I've seen so far.

Thanks sturtrup
That's Much appreciated

Why did HT not include the light saber sound with any of these, Obiwan, Luke and especially Vader, you have the blade light up but no sound ??

:pfft: C'mon HT even the electronic Vader at the Disney store did this

In ANH, did the chest box light up at all? :dunno

Is it only ESB and ROTJ they decided this

Getting back to previous posts my sound does not work either. It worked once and that's it. I have just ordered new batteries so I will test out the replacement batteries when they arrive.

No it didn't light up in ANH, only ESB & ROTJ.

:(

Well, I can confirm that the sound function doesn't work on my Vader either. Same as everyone else, what are you guys doing about it?

Edit: after a little experimenting I think I know what the issue is. The batteries are draining extremely quickly (even when off) on the torso. I switched batteries and it drained the new ones as well. Very odd.

But it does work.

Wow! That sucks. Weird how hasbro can figure out batteries sound and light up features but Hot Toys can't.

I guess we will have to wait for someone to create a bypass that plugs in.
