Luck?

Seriously, Nikon 20.2 megapixel camera. Yeah, I've noticed outside shots are a non issue. Would explain the light idea, but inside there is a lot of light, but it does not like two objects or more it seems...

I have noticed this: when I put the subject on the bed and take a pic, it comes out good, like the nonblurry pic of hands. Light source is right over bed. When I try to shoot about a foot away on the cabinet, its blurry shot after blurry shot...

:lol

Put that Nikon in macro mode for those up close shots, Matt. If it's a point and shoot, I don't know what model you have, there's an icon that looks like a little flower in the settings. That's what you want for those foot away shots.

Thanks, dude. yeah, man, i've tried that. Clearly gonna practice some more. I really respect Para right now. Dude makes it look easy. hate him right now. Love his blue light......so blue....lol. Hey para, don't do Red man, except for Maul. Blue wrong for Maul. Red would rock. Sideshow should hire you, but they won't cause they are probably mentally challenged.

Very nice, Matrix. I like the way you take the time to attend to rough edges and issues you may not see, but it makes for a cleaner modded figure in the end.

If I got a Vader I probably wouldn't mod anything, I think it's that good overall -- but you're all taking it to the next level. :clap

*EDIT: What did you do with the hands?

Received mine last week and today I took some time and futzed it a little. I did remove the wire from the tunic and I think he looks great now. Here are some pics of my display.

Thanks,i picked up a pair of bendy gloved hands from 'art figures' and then glued them inside the HT sleeves.

Inspired by the great work from fellow freaks i decided to mod my own a little more,i lowered the helmet a tad and painted up the chest armor.I also moved the wee plastic chain up a little more to the neck...

Wonderful work! Especially that magnet idea! :clap

The one mod I have left to do is using gloves on the fingers. Really want to do that.

Awesome work matrix! That's one of the best head on shots i've seen, tempted to mod mine now:panic:

I got this guy today. He is much more impressive in person than in pictures (I guess like all these figures are).

These pictures from the ****** camera on my phone don't do it justice.
