I'd even settle for just Wolverine, Medicom's is decent, but I'm sure HT's tailoring would be much better, Medicom's is very half assed.

I like my Medicom Wolverine. The suit is tailored well (for the RAH body) and the sculpt is still nice to this day -- it's the paint app that brings it down. A great figure for the $99 it cost when it came out, I don't know if I need an HT version.

I don't consider it well tailored, if it was well tailored you could pose him in fighting stances without a big gap opening between the shirt and pants.

I'm sure HT would do a body suit as it should be.

Is it a definite that he'll have the rubber neck?
I hope not...I want my hunched over ready to claw someone in half pose damn it!!!....

It's definite, unfortunately, and to make matters worse, the neck is not rubber, but hard, unmovable plastic.

As much as I didn't like how they broke continuity with Sabertooth's look, I did really enjoy Liev as Sabertooth, he actually made him a character and enjoyable, Tyler Mane was just a big hulking oaf.

I really enjoyed the relationship between Wolverine and Sabertooth.

Beleive it or not, they did not deviate all that much from sabertooth's comic look. He's dressed like that in the comics quite frequently, or, rather, he was before James killed him.

However, at that particular point in the story that origins describes, sabertooth dressed more like a cowboy/trucker.

Well I mean Sabertooth's film look, he seems fully evolved, but in X-Men, there was more animal to his look, it's hard to imagine Liev as Sabertooth is the same as Mane as Sabertooth, but in theory, it's supposed to be.

When I had him in my display area he was in a neutral pose and for the time being he's in storage so I don't remember the suit details as clearly as I probably could.

An HT X3 Wolverine would be nice, but I don't think it's going to happen. but, never say never.

You never know with Hot Toys, they might treat Wolverine like Jack Sparrow and if they have the license, I coudl see them doing Trilogy Wolverine. Depends on what rights they got. I figured HT was just going to do At World's End for POTC but they had rights to Dead Man's chest too.

If I can find a custom tailor to make me a trilogy suit, I'll just get a spare set of claw hands and use some sculpt to make them gloves and paint them and be solid.

Ah, got you. My take on that was simply as far as movie sabertooth went, is that as victor creed got older, he simply became more feral.

Personaly, i really dislike the fox X-men movies, I dislike X1 the least, followed by X2, Origins, and X3 at the bottom of the list. I Hope that when the liscense comes up for renewal, Marvel dosn't do it, Keeps it for themselves and Starts completely over adding X-men to the "marvel movieverse", Rebooting the series as nessacry, but keeping the actors who really work well for the characters (Patrick stewart, Ian Mccellan, Hugh jackman, Etc)

I'd suggest stating with the X 3 marvel showcase wolverine figure. It has the movie suit , if a little big, could be tailored to fit a hot toys body.

You know I have a feeling Hugh Jackman won't want to be in another X-Men movie after the success of his solo Wolverine movie. Just a feeling not fact.
I have a feeling that he would only want to concentrate on Wolverine sequels now. Which is cool with me because lets face it they may have just called the X movies Wolverine and the X-Men,Wolverine and the X-Men 2: X-Men United and Wolverine and the X-Men 3: The Last Stand...

My question about Sabertooth...At some point does he have his memory wiped too?...It seems to me he doesn't have a clue who Wolverine is in X-Men 1....

Didn't know of any other clothed 12" Wolverines, that's for the tip.

Nope. Sabertooth remembers EVERYTHING, he does, however, have times where the "inner beast" takes over and he gets a little confused. in the comics there was even a point where sabertooth pretended to be wolverines long lost father.

His memory is affected during his mutation into a monstrous, furry, hobo-wrestler.
